Governance, terms and conditions and policies

Viterra is committed to creating a culture where people feel free to speak about concerns in a secure and confidential way. This includes employees, contractors, directors and officers working in our offices and industrial assets as well as third parties such as customers, suppliers or other stakeholders.

Viterra has implemented our whistleblowing policy as part of the Viterra group compliance programme, and encourages and supports people to report concerns knowing that we take them seriously, and handle and/or investigate them appropriately whilst respecting confidentiality.

The whistleblowing policy sets out our approach for reporting, escalating, handling/investigating and remedying reportable concerns related to our business and the protections available.

Concerns can be reported via the Viterra raising concerns programme.
